What delivery options do I have?
Standard Delivery. 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation, excluding customs processing times. Please note that Agyness Wu. is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at customs. Please note, for different destinations such as APAC can take 3-6 days, United States 6-8 days and European cities can take 7-10 days.
Your order is shipped from Hong Kong. Kindly note, during high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.
What delivery locations can I choose?
We offer you delivery to your home or office address.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. You may contact the shipping company directly for more information.
Undeliverable parcels
If we are unable to deliver your package it will automatically be returned to Agyness Wu.
Import tax/customs duties
Please note, the total order amount does not include local sales tax/ VAT. In certain locations, if the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit an import tax/customs fee may be applied upon delivery. Agyness Wu. does not compensate for the additional charges. Please check with your local Customs Office for more information.
How to pay these fees:
Once the parcel has entered the destination location, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this process, import duties and tax fees will be calculated. If additional charges apply, our transport partner will contact you to pay the extra fee before Customs releases the order.
Bank fees
Please note, your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Agyness Wu. does not compensate for these charges. Please check with your bank for more information.
· Refund
No order is complete until you are fully satisfied. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to refund. We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your item(s) getting approval with the sufficient proof of the unreasonable blemish. Since all items are handmade, there is tiny flaw which is excluded from the approval.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
We try to be as quickly as possible, but during busy periods (such as gift giving holidays and sales) it can take a little longer.
Paypal
You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days after the approval. Once we have processed the refund you will receive a refund confirmation email.
WooCommerce
You will receive confirmation of your refund request within 14 days after the quality approval. If you have not received your refund confirmation from us within that time, please contact our customer service.
All refund information will come directly to you from WooCommerce. PAY NOW – You can expect to receive a refund confirmation email from WooCommerce soon after your refund is processed, your refund will be visible in your bank account within 14 days but is usually faster than this.

Who is the controller of your personal data?
Agyness Wu. is an individual startup brand, which is the controller and responsible for the processing of personal data, unless otherwise explicitly stated in this Privacy Notice.
Who can access your data?
Your data may be shared within our company members for internal use only. Except as explicitly stated herein, we never pass on, sell or swap your data to any third parties.
What is the legal ground for processing?
For every specific process of personal data we collect from you, we will inform you whether the provision of personal data is statutory or required to enter a contract and whether it is an obligation to provide the personal data and possible consequences if you choose not to.

Right to erasure: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Agyness Wu. at any time except for the following situations: You have an ongoing matter with Customer Service, You have an open order which has not yet been shipped or partially shipped, You have an unsettled debt with Agyness Wu., regardless of the payment method, If you are suspected or have misused our services within the last four years or if you have made any purchase, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for book-keeping purposes and to comply with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Right to restriction: You have the right to request that Agyness Wu. restricts the process of your personal data under the following circumstances: If you object to a processing based on Agyness Wu. ’s legitimate interest, Agyness Wu. shall restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the legitimate interest.
If you have claim that your personal data is incorrect, Agyness Wu. must restrict all processing of such data pending the verification of the accuracy of the personal data. If the processing is illegal you can oppose the erasure of personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of your personal data instead. If Agyness Wu. no longer needs the personal data but it is required by you to defend legal claims.
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on Agyness Wu. ’s legitimate interest. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Agyness Wu. referred to as “Agyness Wu.”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Agyness Wu. website, and mobile website, (jointly referred to as ”Agyness Wu.”). By using Agyness Wu. and/ or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the markets that Agyness Wu. provides deliveries to, can place an order. The inclusion of any products or services at Agyness Wu. at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do our best to ensure that information on agynesswu.com is complete, accurate and current. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the agynesswu.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at agynesswu.com are not including any statutory Value Added Tax or similar taxes resulting from the purchase. If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees might be applied for import taxes/ custom duties upon delivery. Please contact UPS if you have any questions about applicable duties.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The total cost of the order, excluding local sales tax/vat and import duties, including cost for the delivery method you choose is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.
3. Ordering/ conclusion of contract

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your purchase request. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your request/order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. Although we aim to keep our site up to date and free from errors, we may from time to time have technical issues with the site resulting in the display of incorrect information (such as availability and price). Due to this we reserve the right to cancel your order, or part of your order, from the time you have received your order confirmation email until the time the order is dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Agyness Wu. Customer Service who will settle the refund. Any order must total at least 5 USD (after deduction of discounts) in order to be processed.
4. Delivery
Agyness Wu. exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option. Agyness Wu. endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5. Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel your order from the date you receive your order until 30 days after receipt of the ordered items, by returning the items or order to us. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will include the standard delivery cost. Please note that Agyness Wu. will not refund any applicable customs duties or sales tax. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. Please note that you will bear the cost of the return, unless the item is faulty. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the instructions on our Refund Policy on agynesswu.com and return the item(s) to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below within the 30 day period set forth in section above. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the items in our warehouse, or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such a change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges. If the item you have received is defective, please notify Agyness Wu. promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. Agyness Wu. will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery, unless you keep other items in the order, and costs of the return. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through agynesswu.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), Agyness Wu. reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.
6. Returns
Agyness Wu. guarantees a full refund for any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. Agyness Wu. holds the right to determine the state of the returned item and decide on the refund. Please find more detailed information by contacting our customer service.
7. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.
Paypal
When paying by PayPal, Agyness Wu. reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. Agyness Wu. reserves the right to deny any purchase.
WooCommerce
PAY NOW – You can pay using a VISA or Mastercard in any of our shipping locations. Payment will be taken from your bank account when your order is dispatched. Please note that WooCommerce’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as communicated in the check out, applies to the payment.
Others
You are obliged to submit a correct e-mail address and to inform Agyness Wu. if your e-mail address changes. Please note that Agyness Wu. reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.
Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards, cash and merchandise cards as forms of payments via Agyness Wu.. You will receive the receipt in the shipping confirmation e-mail, which is sent to you when your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
8. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Agyness Wu.’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
Agyness Wu. is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control i.e. Force Majeure. Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order at Agyness Wu. shall be limited to the total price of your order.
9. Colors
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
An item’s measurements given at agynesswu.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
10. Guarantee
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Agyness Wu. abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay.
11. Assignment
Agyness Wu. reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
12. Severance
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
13. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at Agyness Wu. remain with its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of Agyness Wu. or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Agyness Wu..
